- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Staff are fine, but if you want an appointment you literally have to wait up to a month. I was told yesterday (the 18th Sept) that the first free Dr's appt was the 10th October. Also, a simple ear syringing did not go to plan, and I have to wait 10 days before another go, as 'the doctors don't do that sort of thing'. It's like the patients are a nuisance. I know that's not the case, as I have said, the doctors and nurses are great. But the number of patients has obviously increased for the practice, and they have not got the infrastructure to deal with the volume of traffic, and as nice as they are, surely that is what it's all about isn't it?
